The All-China Women's Federation launched a themed exhibition featuring touching stories of women and children in the history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the China National Museum of Women and Children in Beijing on June 25.
The exhibition reviewed the century-old glorious history and valuable experience of the Chinese women's movement under the leadership of the CPC and demonstrated the touching deeds and lofty spirit of outstanding women and children heroes since the founding of the CPC. It also showed how women and children have rallied closely around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, grown up with the times and forged ahead together since the 18th CPC National Congress held in 2012.
Shen Yueyue, Vice-Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and President of the ACWF, declared the commencement of the exhibition.

Shen stressed making full use of the sites and heritages related to the history of the CPC, telling the revolutionary stories in a better way, and uniting and guiding women and children to follow the Party's leadership and make more contributions on the new journey.

Huang Xiaowei, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President and First Member of the Secretariat of the ACWF, spoke at the ceremony. Huang urged guiding women to become builders of the great cause, advocates of civilized social conduct and brave strivers who pursue their dream and encouraging children to rise up to the mission of national rejuvenation and pass on the revolutionary tradition.
Cai Shumin, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the ACWF, chaired the opening ceremony. Shan Xinghua, a recipient of the title of role model of dedication, shared her stories of contributing to the development of railway passenger transport informatization.
